Evangelist Martha Harley

Evangelist Martha Harley is the founder and Managing Director of the Amazing Grace Community Resource Center. Born and raised in Ghana, West Africa she moved to the USA in 1989 first to New York and then later settled in Georgia. Evangelist Harley is an author and poet. Her first book "Amazingly Delayed but not Denied" was published in 1999. Mrs. Harley holds a Bachelor's Degree in Practical Ministry, An Associate Degree in Christian Theology and an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education. She is currently pursuing further Educational Studies in Organizational Leadership. In addition, to running the Community Center Mrs. Harley is an effective conference speaker at many of its programs. She is a highly respected leader in the community and has a passion to help people.
Some of Evangelist Harleys achievements include being a 3-time recipient of "Quality Awards" in the State of Georgia, Co-chairperson for "Ways and Means Committee" of the American Business Woman's Association. She is also a member of the National Association of Professional Women and a liaison for Jesus first Sickle Cell Support Group in Ghana and Georgia. In 2014 Mrs. Harley received a Letter of Endorsement from Congressman David Scott in recognition of her outstanding and continuing contribution to the Clayton County Community. Mrs. Harley currently resides in Georgia with her husband and 3 children.

Francis Kraku, Accountant

Francis Krakue was born in Ghana and Educated in Great Britain. In 1980 He moved to the USA where he secured a job working as an Accountant for Trans Global Plastics.
In 1988 He opened his own firm currently known as "Jupiter Financial Consulting & Tax Service in Atlanta, Georgia. Aside from his business achievements Mr. Krakue has a deep passion for helping people in need of assistance which led him to be a part of the Amazing Grace Community Resource Center. Currently he serves as a Board Member for the Amazing Grace Community Resource Center.

Kenneth Brown, Attorney

Our practice begins with a comprehensive knowledge of the law but it is our attentiveness and accessibility that sets the firm apart.
The firm's government practice includes administrative practice before various departments of the State of Georgia and representation of municipal and county governments. We have substantial experience negotiating complex transaction documents, adopting board resolutions, drafting governmental legislation, reviewing loan and lease agreements, preparing securities disclosure documents and coordinating closings.
The firm's real estate practice focuses on the acquisition, disposition, financing, development, leasing and operation of commercial and residential real property. Advisory services include land use, zoning, permitting and related matters.
The firm's corporate practice emphasizes problem solving for businesses and nonprofits of all sizes in a wide range of industries, as our experience allows us to anticipate issues and formulate solutions for increasingly complex problems. Among other commercial services, we assist with the acquisition and sale of assets, the formation of business organizations and regulatory compliance.
Prior to forming the Law Office of Kenneth D. Brown, Mr. Brown was an attorney in the Real Estate group at Alston & Bird LLP and worked as a corporate credit analyst for Wachovia Bank.
